Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you share with us through this website.

Last updated: June 24, 2026

GemState Residential Habilitation, LLC ("GemState," "we," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what information this website collects, how we use it, and your choices. This site is informational, and we keep our data practices deliberately small.

Information we collect

  • Information you send us. When you fill out our contact form, we collect what you choose to provide: your name, the way you ask us to reach you (an email address or phone number), how you describe yourself (such as a family member or guardian, a case manager or plan developer, a job seeker, or someone else), and your message.
  • Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and running. We use this only in aggregate.
  • A theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, we store that single choice in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device and identifies no one.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect sensitive health information through this website. Please do not send detailed medical information through the contact form.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and help you understand your options.
  • To keep the website secure, working, and improving.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with advertisers.

How your message reaches us

Our contact form is delivered through Web3Forms, a form service that forwards your message to our private inbox. That provider handles your submission only to deliver it to us and does not use it for its own marketing. Your message and your contact details are never displayed publicly anywhere on this site.

How long we keep information

We keep contact-form messages in our private inbox only as long as we need them to help you, and we delete them when you ask. Standard request logs kept by our hosting provider are retained for a short period and used only to keep the site secure. Your light or dark theme preference stays in your browser until you clear it.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics in the future to understand how the site is used, we will update this policy first.

Children

This website is intended for adults seeking services or information. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You can use the site without submitting the contact form. If you have sent us a message and want us to delete the information you shared, just ask and we will. You can also clear the theme preference any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page as our practices or tools change, and we will revise the "last updated" date above when we do.

Your privacy rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. Until a direct email is published, the way to make that request is through our contact form, and we will handle it promptly.

Contact us
